GREG ANDERSON

Greg Anderson is currently the President and CEO of Wings Over the Rockies Air and Space Museum in Denver, CO. He had a 20-year association with the EAA, including creating the “Young Eagles” program under Tom Poberezny, then President of EAA. He graduated from the Air Force Academy with the class of 1972 under the legendary triple ace, Brig. Robin Olds, who was then the commandant of cadets. He attended Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University and received a master’s degree in International affairs. Eventually, Greg settled in Oshkosh and since 1970, has been working with pilots and young children, sparking interest and setting new goals for aviation careers. Academy Award winning actor Cliff Robertson served as the first chairman of the Young Eagles. Chuck Yeager became the program’s honorary chairman in 1994. In March 2004, the official announcement was made that Harrison Ford took over the chairmanship. Greg is married and has 3 children.
